Tieto bari\u00e9ry maj\u00fa zabezpe\u010di\u0165 zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed hluku do prostredia a zn\u00ed\u017eenie pra\u0161nosti pri v\u00fdstavbe stavebn\u00fdch objektov, hlavnou v\u00fdhodou je ich r\u00fdchla mont\u00e1\u017e a demont\u00e1\u017e a tie\u017e skladovate\u013enos\u0165.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The submitted project is aimed at the development of innovative\u00a0technologies and processes in the production of mobile noise barriers and\u00a0tents designed mainly for the construction industry. These barriers are\u00a0intended to ensure the reduction of noise emissions into the environment\u00a0and the reduction of dust during the construction of building objects, the\u00a0main advantage is their quick assembly and disassembly and also their\u00a0storability.\u00a0
The aim of the project is to implement in the production process such\u00a0technologies that will increase the efficiency of the production process and\u00a0reduce the negative impacts and effects on the environment, mainly by\u00a0reducing energy consumption and by achieving higher productivity when\u00a0printing technical textiles intended for further processing, the use of ecofriendly\u00a0inks in the printing of products using UV LED technology, which\u00a0primarily meet the standards of Greenguard Gold\u00a0(https:\/\/www.ul.com\/resources\/ul-greenguard-certification-program),\u00a0REACH, SVHC, VoC, RoHS, etc.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Projekt je zameran\u00fd na aplikovan\u00fd v\u00fdskum akustick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed mobiln\u00fdch protihlukov\u00fdch bari\u00e9r a stanov a ich zlep\u0161enie, n\u00e1sledne na vyu\u017eitie odpadov vznikaj\u00facich pri v\u00fdrobe vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00fdch produktov. Cie\u013eom projektu je preto zlep\u0161i\u0165 prevenciu \u0161\u00edrenia hluku a pra\u0161n\u00fdch emisi\u00ed do \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia najm\u00e4 v stavebn\u00edctve, ale aj v in\u00fdch odvetviach, kde je potrebn\u00e9 zni\u017eova\u0165 vplyv emisi\u00ed hluku na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. \u010eal\u0161\u00edm cie\u013eom je upcykl\u00e1cia odpadu, ktor\u00fd vznikol pri v\u00fdrobe akustick\u00fdch bari\u00e9r\u00a0a jeho op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie v obehovom hospod\u00e1rstve. Z tohto odpadu chceme vytvori\u0165 pl\u00e1vaj\u00face bari\u00e9ry (norn\u00e9 steny), ktor\u00e9 zachytia a zabr\u00e1nia \u010fal\u0161iemu \u0161\u00edreniu odpadu vo vodn\u00fdch tokoch a ploch\u00e1ch. Zo strednodob\u00e9ho a dlhodob\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska je snahou projektov\u00e9ho t\u00edmu prinies\u0165 na trh inovat\u00edvny produkt, ktor\u00fd bude ma\u0165 za cie\u013e zlep\u0161ova\u0165 stav \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a z\u00e1rove\u0148 minimalizova\u0165 negat\u00edvne\u00a0 dopady na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie pri jeho v\u00fdrobe vzh\u013eadom k tomu, \u017ee chceme na\u010falej vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 odpad z v\u00fdroby formou upcykl\u00e1cie a vytvori\u0165 \u010fal\u0161\u00ed zmyslupln\u00fd produkt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0Project overall objective<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The project is focused on applied research of acoustic properties of mobile antinoise barriers and tents and their improvement, subsequently on the use of waste generated during the production of the above-mentioned products. The aim of the project is therefore to improve the prevention of\u00a0the spread of noise and dust emissions into the environment, especially in the construction industry, but they will also find application in other sectors where it is necessary to reduce the environmental impact of noise emissions for the necessary time. The next step is the upcycling of the material created in the production of acoustic barriers and tents and its reuse in the circular economy. We want to create floating barriers that will capture and prevent further spread of waste in watercourses and areas. From a medium and long-term perspective, we want to bring to the market\u00a0an innovative product that will aim to improve the environment and at the same time have a minimal impact on the environment during its production,\u00a0as we want to continue using waste from production in the form of upcycling and create another meaningful product.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 BAMIDA\u00a0s.r.o. vyr\u00e1ba mobiln\u00e9 akustick\u00e9 z\u00e1brany a stany, ale vzh\u013eadom na dynamick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj na trhu je potrebn\u00e1 ich technick\u00e1 inov\u00e1cia. Ke\u010f\u017ee v\u00fdvoj vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch segmentoch spolo\u010dnosti napreduje m\u00ed\u013eov\u00fdmi krokmi, je potrebn\u00e9 produkty neust\u00e1le inovova\u0165 a zlep\u0161ova\u0165 ich parametre. BAMIDA chce tento projekt realizova\u0165, preto\u017ee v s\u00fa\u010dasnej situ\u00e1cii nem\u00e1 vy\u010dlenen\u00e9 dostato\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo financi\u00ed, ke\u010f\u017ee neust\u00e1le investuje do technologick\u00e9ho vybavenia. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 disponuje tromi vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00fdmi zv\u00e1ra\u010dkami ZEMAT ZD15DX, FIAB 960\u00a0a FIAB SPIDER, roll to roll tla\u010diare\u0148 AGFA Jeti Ceres 3200, rezac\u00ed st\u00f4l ESCO KONSGBERG C a 8 \u0161ijac\u00edch strojov DA 867. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00fd vzor a ochrann\u00fa zn\u00e1mku na mobiln\u00e9 protipovod\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00e1brany plnen\u00e9 vodou, pr\u00edpadne vzduchom. Maj\u00fa \u0161irok\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie najm\u00e4 pri ekologick\u00fdch katastrof\u00e1ch a povodniach. Vzh\u013eadom na to, \u017ee v\u0161etky vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e9 VF zv\u00e1ra\u010dky, rezac\u00ed st\u00f4l a \u0161ijacie stroje sa vo firme pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v ka\u017edodennej v\u00fdrobe, nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 ich pou\u017ei\u0165 na kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely. Tla\u010diare\u0148 AGFA by sme chceli vymeni\u0165 za tla\u010diare\u0148 DURSTP5 350 HS z d\u00f4vodu trojn\u00e1sobnej r\u00fdchlosti v\u00fdroby, \u010do m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledok ove\u013ea ni\u017e\u0161iu spotrebu energie a tie\u017e z d\u00f4vodu tla\u010dov\u00fdch atramentov, ktor\u00e9 ako jedin\u00e9 na trhu sp\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa \u0161tandardy Greenguard Gold. Ostatn\u00e9 strojov\u00e9 zariadenia maj\u00fa sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 len na kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely a roz\u0161\u00edrenie v\u00fdroby.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0Baseline information<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The baseline is that the company produces mobile acoustic barriers and\u00a0tents, but given the dynamic development in the market, their technical\u00a0innovation is needed. As development in all segments of the society is\u00a0advancing by leaps and bounds, it is necessary to constantly innovate\u00a0products and improve their parameters. Bamida wants to implement this\u00a0project because it does not have a sufficient amount of funds allocated in\u00a0the current situation, as it is constantly investing in technological\u00a0equipment. The company has three HF welders ZEMAT ZD15DX, FIAB 960\u00a0and FIAB SPIDER, roll to roll printer AGFA Jeti Ceres 3200, cutting table\u00a0ESCO KONSGBERG C and 8 sewing machines DA 867, f.e. the company has a\u00a0utility model and trademark for mobile flood barriers filled with water, or by\u00a0air. They have a wide range of uses, especially in environmental disasters\u00a0and floods. Due to the fact that all the above-mentioned HF welders, cutting\u00a0table and sewing machines are used in everyday production in the\u00a0company, it is therefore not possible to use them for design purposes. We\u00a0would like to replace the AGFA printer with the DURSTP5 350 HS printer\u00a0due to the triple production speed, which results in much lower power\u00a0consumption and also due to printing inks that are the only ones on the\u00a0market to meet Greenguard Gold standards. Other machinery is to be used\u00a0only for design purposes and later expansion of production.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mierou originality a produktovej inov\u00e1cie prostredn\u00edctvom aplikovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu chceme zabezpe\u010di\u0165 vy\u0161\u0161iu pridan\u00fa hodnotu protihlukov\u00fdch stien v region\u00e1lnom, ale aj celosvetovom meradle. Medzi hlavn\u00e9 pr\u00ednosy projektu bude patri\u0165 zlep\u0161enie akustick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed, \u010do bude ma\u0165 za n\u00e1sledok lep\u0161iu konkurencieschopnos\u0165 a ni\u017e\u0161ie emisie hluku a prachu do \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. \u010ealej zn\u00ed\u017eenie environment\u00e1lnej z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee v\u00fdroby vr\u00e1ten\u00edm vzniknut\u00e9ho odpadu sp\u00e4\u0165 do obehov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rstva v podobe zmyslupln\u00e9ho produktu a zn\u00ed\u017eenie energetickej n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti v\u00fdroby. V neposlednom rade pl\u00e1nujeme najm\u00e4 pre \u00fa\u010dely projektu vytvorenie 6-8 pracovn\u00fdch poz\u00edci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 chceme udr\u017ea\u0165 a \u010falej zvy\u0161ova\u0165 aj po \u00faspe\u0161nom ukon\u010den\u00ed projektu. V aplikovanom v\u00fdskume sa chceme zamera\u0165 na zlep\u0161enie akustick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed mobiln\u00fdch protihlukov\u00fdch stien. Chceme vylep\u0161i\u0165 produkt v jeho technickom preveden\u00ed a pou\u017ei\u0165 inovat\u00edvne materi\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 by v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017eili emisie hluku z prostredia, najm\u00e4 v stavebn\u00edctve. Produkt chceme inovova\u0165 tak, aby sp\u013a\u0148al v\u0161etky bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 parametre, bol jednoduch\u00fd na pou\u017e\u00edvanie a skladovanie a aby bol odoln\u00fd \u010do najdlh\u0161ie – chceme to zabezpe\u010di\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00edm najkvalitnej\u0161\u00edch materi\u00e1lov, v\u00fdborn\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobn\u00fdmi postupmi a najmodernej\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdrobn\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami.
Na\u0161e produkty s\u00fa u\u017e na v\u0161etk\u00fdch kontinentoch sveta, m\u00e1me pozit\u00edvne ohlasy od na\u0161ich zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch klientov. S oh\u013eadom na glob\u00e1lny trh v\u0161ak v na\u0161om \u00fasil\u00ed nesmieme po\u013eavi\u0165, a preto je na\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1merom vyv\u00edja\u0165 e\u0161te lep\u0161ie produkty. V\u0161etky tieto poznatky chceme v spolupr\u00e1ci s Pre\u0161ovskou univerzitou pretavi\u0165 do v\u00fdstupov formou prezent\u00e1cie na zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch, ale aj dom\u00e1cich konferenci\u00e1ch. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 chceme roz\u0161irova\u0165 poznatky vo vedeck\u00fdch \u010dasopisoch s vysok\u00fdm impakt faktorom. V\u00fdstupom by teda mal by\u0165 inovat\u00edvny v\u00fdrobok, ktor\u00fd je \u0161etrnej\u0161\u00ed k \u017eivotn\u00e9mu prostrediu, m\u00e1 lep\u0161ie priemyseln\u00e9 vlastnosti a je chr\u00e1nen\u00fd \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00fdm vzorom, pr\u00edpadne patentom.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0Project originality and\u00a0innovativeness<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

By a measure of originality and product innovation through applied\u00a0research, we want to ensure a higher added value of noise barriers and\u00a0tents on a regional as well as global scale. The main benefits of the project\u00a0will include the improvement of acoustic properties, which will result in\u00a0better competitiveness and lower noise and dust emissions in the\u00a0environment.\u00a0Furthermore, reducing the environmental burden of production by\u00a0returning production waste back to the circular economy in the form of a\u00a0meaningful product and reducing the energy intensity of production. Last\u00a0but not least, we plan to create 6-8 job positions, especially for the\u00a0purposes of the project, which we want to maintain and further increase\u00a0even after the successful completion of the project.\u00a0In our application research, we want to focus on improving the acoustic\u00a0properties of mobile noise barriers and tents. We want to improve the\u00a0product in its technical design and use innovative materials that would\u00a0significantly reduce noise emissions from the environment, especially in the\u00a0construction industry. We want to innovate the product so that it meets all\u00a0safety parameters, is easy to use and store and that it is durable for as long\u00a0as possible – we want to ensure this by using the highest quality materials,\u00a0excellent production processes and the most modern production\u00a0technologies.
Our products are already on all continents and we have positive feedback\u00a0from our foreign clients. However, with regard to the global market, we\u00a0must not slow down in our efforts and therefore it is our intention to\u00a0develop even better products.\u00a0In cooperation with the University of Pre\u0161ov, we want to transform all this\u00a0knowledge into the outputs in the form of a presentation at foreign, but\u00a0also domestic conferences. At the same time we want to expand the\u00a0knowledge in scientific journals with a high impact factor.
